Look for yourself out there

Do you find what you seek?

Do you find this to be
Upsetting, to find no “me”
Take your time, seek your self
Is it you or something else

If no self upsets you
You shouldn’t mind, nothing to do
Just let go, don’t scratch that head
Know the self as it’s dead

Much to learn or unlearn
So do you with the world
Mindful not to float away
With your self and thoughts all day

Convince your brain does your self
Meditate, it will help
